How GAP handles charges
Article processing charges, where applicable, support editorial administration, production checks, metadata preparation, online publication, and long-term journal operations. Charges are never used to influence peer review decisions.
- Authors are informed of applicable charges before payment is requested.
- Editorial assessment and peer review remain independent of payment.
- Waivers or discounts may be announced for launch-stage journals or special circumstances.
