Use of the website

Users should access GAP pages responsibly and should not attempt to disrupt forms, admin areas, or publisher systems.

Quotes and services

Customized quote submissions are requests for review, not automatic acceptance of work. Service scope, fee, turnaround, and delivery terms are confirmed separately by the publisher office.

Vouchers and discounts

GAP may issue promotional vouchers, reviewer appreciation vouchers, corresponding author vouchers, and refund-credit vouchers. Voucher codes are applied only to eligible author-service quote requests and may be limited by assigned recipient email, maximum uses, maximum discount, or service scope.

Reviewer appreciation vouchers and corresponding-author vouchers do not expire. Promotional vouchers must have an expiry date set by the publisher office through the admin voucher control. Refund-credit voucher terms are set by the publisher office when the credit is issued.

Voucher use must be entered in the quote builder before submission or confirmed by the publisher office before the final invoice is generated. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash unless GAP confirms otherwise in writing.

Refund and service-credit policy

For confirmed author-service payments, approved refunds, goodwill credits, or service adjustments are issued only as GAP voucher credits for eligible future GAP author-service work. Cash refunds are not part of the standard service workflow. Voucher credits are recorded by voucher code in the publisher admin system for tracking and audit purposes.

Voucher credit value, eligible service type, and recipient restrictions are determined by the publisher office after reviewing the service record, payment status, delivery status, and any approved adjustment.

Certificates and invoices

Invoices and certificates are valid only when generated by GAP systems or issued through official GAP communication channels.
